Biden will withhold federal dollars which is not the best thing but that’s about it.
As we learned when Trump tried to do that with sanctuary cities, that isn't in the playback in the absence of Congress.

The issue now is that everyone including blacks saw during the Trump administration that the border could be controlled and you could bring illegal crossings down significantly. The Biden administration throwing the doors wide arse open again combined with places like California greeting them with open arms and free healthcare caused lots of people especially the black community to take notice. If you pay attention to what the black community is saying on social media, there is a definite simmering belief they’ve been sold out and are being actively replaced both politically and economically.

Texas probably has the best National Guard unit in America. correct me if I'm wrong but Texas Guard and Nebraska Guard are the only units with Airborne Infantry.

Good. It’s time for each Fed to choose. Are you with the child trafficking Dems or your neighbors. Let the chips fall where they may.

Good, if the left can defy the law with Sanctuary cities, the right can defend their borders

Could they install anything not right on the international border and get away with it? Like a few hundred feet inside Texas... solid barriers to any legal port of entry, all the way to New Mexico.
Let New Mexico decide what they want to do. Already a blue state, who cares?

True, back in the 2000s, Arizona tried the same thing and the federal courts ruled in favor of Obama's Administration based on the precedent that Feds control the federal border.
Arizonia didn't push the matter any further.
Looks like Texas is going to challenge that the security of our citizens are at risk and hopefully this forces SCOTUS to re-examine their precedent. Maybe that will sway Roberts and ACB back on their decision.

This is easy
just install a different type of material so that the feds need to sue all over again?

Not sure but the reason for current barb is to keep them from our border. If installed inside then illegals would make it to US soil and not sure but that might kick in different laws?
We should not have to be dealing with this. The US put up barb around WH, so why not our borders?

Exposing the corruption of the Supreme Court and essentially nullifying their power. Most of the Left’s hegemony has been based on the corrupt Courts. The Court has no legitimate power that is not backed up via Constitutional Principle. Texas telling the SC to pound sand is a good start. Can’t wait to hear Garland’s BS. Maybe Bill Barr can hold his hand while he condemns the ‘insurrection’ and imagines what is in the cards. For the REAL insurrectionists/treasonists Fascist wannabe tyrants.
