Do you have the ability to do anything other than cough someone else's thoughts here. Because it doesn't seem you can. You seem like a functionally useless old bag that just learned some copy and paste shortcuts 20 years late.

Birthright citizenship isn't being framed correctly. In my mind it should be that there is no constitutional right for the parents. Sure your kid might be a citizen but they can come back when 18. Until then, see you later. Having a kid doesn't mean you get to milk the system forever. No thank you.

I know you aren't that bright so I guess you need told that this is a part of an actual oral argument in the supreme court. It could be a hint to how they will rule, or not..
You live in circa 2004 where there was no X for endless info so go ahead and listen and comment on it...

Along with all the Mexican/Central & South American illegals who came here to work for cash under the table and reproduce like mice.

ILLEGAL immigrants.
"Funny" how the Left and the corrupt, bought-and-paid-for corporate media have both expunged the word "Illegal" when it comes to the subject of illegal immigration.
Gosh, by any chance do you think that's been done on purpose?

don't get your hopes up on birthright citizenship.
i believe the court will be 7-2 due to precedent and claims of "ingrained into the constriction" or similar.
the decision may have some flowery language saying a constitutional amendment is the way forward.

1) redefine birthright citizenship,
Probably won’t go Trumps way, but this should only apply to people who are here legally.

fire a governor of the Federal Reserve,
If the president can appoint the chairman, he should be able to fire him too. If you want the federal reserve to be truly independent then the board should elect the chairman not the president.

Agencies aren’t independent. They all fall under the executive branch. Should go Trumps way

strip protections from hundreds of thousands of immigrants
If the protections were granted via executive order then Trump can strip them via EO

If the corrupted court fails to do its job expand it and then ram through just like the dems are screaming to do

Yea, SCOTUS is never going to sanction any of that either
There’s precedent for it. It used to be common policy for immigrants at Ellis Island. We would turn away and send back pregnant women

That’s rich coming from a guy who used to follow Jersey Tiger around like a puppy, parroting every word he uttered.

While I think there is an argument on subject to the jurisdiciton, I just cannot fathom how a court would remove citizenship from millions and millions. The system would be absolutely out of control.
I think the correct ruling, like Roe, would be to make that tough choice but this would be riotous and violent and scary.

All we need is for two of them to pull what Roberts did in 2012 and not practice judicial restraint, but to do what is "right for the country".
