Internal locus of control - I’m in charge of my fate and outcomes, if I’m not getting the results I want I need to change what I’m doing. So if I’m fat, I eat less, if my grades are bad, I need to study more or differently, etc….
External locus of control - I’m not in control of my outcomes, if I’m not getting the outcomes I want I need to blame someone else. So if I’m fat or my grades are bad I will cry racism. The terrible thing about this is you don’t make changes in your life to improve you just cry racism.

I agree and understand his stress! I am little stressed out everytime I watch a home alarm commercial or a crime show the perp is always a white guy.

I'm a white Irish redneck from Oklahoma and I've never called a black person the N word in my life. Never. Have I seen it happen? A couple times, and one of those times it led to one of the most justified arse beatings I've ever witnessed.
There's a far greater demand for racism than their is a supply. I see wypipo being discriminated against in the mainstream and corporate world more than any other group.
Jamal Bowman is a bigger idiot than we thought. That's actually impressive. It's like if you want to be a liberal politician and black, the #1 prerequisite is room-temperature IQ.
