I believe the Army and Corps still make you qualify open sights at 100m right?
You could make this shot without optics. That’s why it’s insane.

Looks like one shot would've killed trump but for his vest. Also I've shot deer as well but i don't typically aim for the head. A head shot on someone giving a speech and as animated as trump isn't an easy shot.

Climbing onto the roof trying to get a shot off before getting shot probably is a bit different though much of the point stands

Hitting center mass at 400 feet would be extremely easy. Aiming at the head would take a good shooter. Not very difficult, but would need to be better than the avenger hunter for that
