They don’t, they are there to explain to the others why it’s ok to find him guilty. They are both plants.

Hung jury until he’s convicted. As in they will hang jurors until they get their desired outcome.

They're not doing this for a hung jury and house arrest. Merchan is an absolute tyrant. He will dismiss any juror holding out (if they haven't already been visited by certain people) and replace them with an alternate. And he will send Trump to prison. The goal is to keep him from campaigning and, in the warped TDS mind of leftists, they think prison will simultaneously diminish his support and end his campaign.

Like the other cases he will be found guilty. He will likely win all cases on appeal but by that time he won't be eligible to be president.

The democrats are going to somehow pull this off..

This is obviously political and you’re ignorant for stating it isn’t. I’m not big on Trump but this makes me want to support him 110% because of the shite he’s been put through.

The entire Jury Pool was screened to make sure they would all vote guilty.

Waiting on that perfect unicorn. I can respect that. I don’t think Jesus is running for president anytime soon, but at least you’re not voting for a Democrat

I’m holding out hope that there are still a few good and honest people left in NY. And the fact that Dems aren’t nearly as effective as their perceived level of power.

Not Guilty!

Hung jury. Going to be some dems/liberals that will vote guilty no matter what the evidence showed.

That's okay because we knew this going in.

Correct.

Hung jury = not found guilty.

The question is how many hung juries would it take until they gave up?

I imagine every new trial will help out Trump in the polls tremendously, and the Leftist echo chambers will see it as an amplifier shielded by their bubble ignorance.

It's the usual paradigm that the left is a lot better at politics but they can't help themselves and overplay their hands leading to a scaling back

Guilty on 8 counts with 7 as midmeanors.

Going to get 1 felony in there.

I kind of want a guilty verdict. I want to see his support and poll numbers go through the roof.

Better make sure that's what would happen.

Current polls indicate there are still a whole lot of people (enough to cost him the election) who wouldn't vote for a convicted felon for POTUS.

Just think about it, the average person on a jury is someone who was too stupid to get out of jury duty. The attorneys were planted there. They’re going to do some Olympic level legal gymnastics to get the rest of the idiots in line.
