NFL is king because people like the game of football. Whatever happens at halftime doesn’t change that. The outrage and coverage over this is so overblown it’s not even funny. The NFL and the Super Bowl will both continue to be the most watched programming in the country.
I'm not feeling it today but I believe you're 100% right about this.

Well, apparently 20-30 million NFL fans turned that shite You ff, and watched the TPUSA halftime show online.
It’s one thing to opine about the prudence of the NFL trying to appeal to new audiences, but ignoring the horrific timing and massive fallout of this specific booking is just willful blindness. You can find ways to appeal to Hispanic audiences without digging your fricking thumbs into the eyeballs of your core viewer demographic. And frankly, most of Americans who voted for border security and mass deportation.

You are very uninformed because the show was selected by Jay Z and done entirely due to politics.

And then turned it right back to the game lol. Actually what’s more likely is people pulled it up on their phones and left the Super Bowl on the TV.

Once companies become large enough, especially when they are monopolies like the NFL, profit is no longer the primary motivation. Their goal is social change - pushing globalism and anti-White rhetoric. Disney and Coca-Cola are prime examples.
They don't have to worry about money anymore because most people can't think beyond the dancing lights on the screen. They've been conditioned to buy the product at this point and to not even think about it.
And many conservatives just aren't willing to give up their comforts to fight their own demise.
Just look at how many people on this board bitched about the halftime show but still watched the game. Most conservatives aren't willing to put their money where their mouth is. They just like to complain while continuing to support the companies who treat them like 2nd class citizens in their own country.
Conservatives will fight each other much quicker than they will fight the globalists. And that is why they will lose. MAGA managed to delay it some with Trump, but conservatives still can't figure out that fighting among themselves about who is the most pure is a losing strategy.

2. They don’t believe Conservatives will actually tune out/stop spending money on the NFL.
I so agree... So many people who boycotted bad bunny, watched the entire game.
In nFL gear.
This whole flag kneeling thing.. The NFL didn;t want to upset their players and make matters worse.. The average Joe watching the NFL didn;t land in Normandy in a hail of gunfire or Freeze in Bastonge.
I personally feel that the Bad Bunny Chose was a slap against Trump. Another political move by the NFL.. BEcause we are in a time where Trump is deporting ilegals, and everyone is trying to start some kind of - "They are killing us in the streets" bullcrap.... The NFL had to step in for show of support for our Hispanic populations.
Do you even think for a minute that if this deportation thing was not as huge as it is.. Minnisota etc, that BB would have been chosen.
To you NFL fans out there.. I was a saints fan all my life. Until they turned their back on me with this flag kneeling. So F. em.. Haven't watched a down in years. Can you say the same thing.
Saints followed Sean Paytons advice... They all kneeled against the cops.. Then he bailed on NOLA and goes from a town 60% BLack to 90% white. and turned out to be a scumbag.
Drew Breeze did so much for NOLA> until he stood up for the flag and then liberals and Democrats turned against him.

Maybe. Let’s just not pretend this was a good PR move for the NFL. Because it objectively was not that.
shite, if you are keeping score, the NFL has featured several Hispanic and Caribbean artists just in the last few years. Great performances with no dumb, unforced political backlash.

The half-time show - ever since it started featuring pop music acts instead of marching bands or Up With People or Disney Characters - has been its own thing that pulls in an additional audience just for its time slot, and its own sponsors. The game is aimed at male sports fans, the half-time show is aimed at a much broader audience. It's also TV production-oriented. The NFL basically has little to do with it... they turn it over to people who know that world (Jay Z is the producer, right?).
So that's an aspect...

The NFL’s choice to have Bad Bunny perform at halftime, in a dress, entirely in a foreign language, is proof to Conservatives that the NFL consciously does not care about losing their viewership, because:
grown men - well, in years anyway - melting about the halftime show and how it's indicative of the heavy burden of oppression weighing on white men is the whiniest bitch move i've seen in years. get over yourselves

Arent most hispanics fairly conservative? And having a freak like BB on was as much a slap in their face as it was to wasps.

Imagine thinking it’s a good idea in 2026 to book a pro trans, pro open border artist produced by an Epstein pedo to do a performance entirely in Spanish.

The fact that Kid Rock - a White Rapper - is the face of the alternative backlash opposition or whatever you want to call it is ironic proof that the Culture Wars were long ago lost by Conservatives. You're embracing rap and gangsta-ism as your alternative to what? Bad Bunny's half-time show was wholesome compared to Kid Rock (or Ted Nugent) lyrics... even excluding the creepy pedophile aspects (and Ted actually became the legal guardian of a teenage girl he was dating in the 70s to get around legal things). How does it make sense for a "Christian" organization like TPUSA to align itself with Kid Rock?

Roger Goodell isn’t really that smart and just a token for some crazy owners
