the voter tapes for early balloting were not signed by election officials but were counted anyway
which violates their own rules

Violates the rules, but does it make the votes invalid? last time we did this story the answer was "No"

Fair enough. However, the white house release 4 zip files with around 100 PDF. That's the only mention I can find of fake DL and potential fake ballots from China. And there's no mention of evidence or proof, it's just a report of a source who heard it from a source who supposedly heard it from a PRC operative
So for everybody hanging on to "the proof is in the declass docs!", don't be surprised if what you read is just the same supposition and theory written in a PDF that still has a shite ton of black bars in it.

I’m sure you’ll cite a judge that has said they are not invalid. But IMO and to any sane person it makes them invalid. What’s the point of having any election laws if we can just ignore them at will? The real fraud of the 2020 election was that many states simply ignored their own election laws. The judges that said it was legal were wrong.
