It is apparent, but I would not read "tranny" into it unless we want to just heap f'd up homicidal/suicidal types in with the Nashville school shooter.

I never learned Ukrainian, although I was taught Russian by a number of folks fluent in both languages.

"Kill yourself" is definitely Russian - that is the Russian grammatical ending (would end in an "e" in Ukrainian, explicitly the wrong case in Russian). On the other hand, "Terrorist" is the Ukrainian spelling (first "r" is single in Ukrainian, would be doubled in Russian - directly as a cognate - now that could be an easy misspelling of Russian) - most of the rest of it appears readable in Russian (the languages are very similar to the eye and ear) - the "Combin" word is weird - might be a new slang/usage for Trans. Normally that word "root" really has more of a business context or as a cognate for tractor (combine).

“It’s more than just a consequence of general radicalism increasing on all sides. It’s part of an actual plan and a strategy. When you look at their internal communications, they describe themselves as guerrillas and insurgents by their own declaration,” he added of this new class of extremist cells.
