But! The bakery was ordered to comply by the court.

Depends upon the state, and what statutory protections have been granted to whom in that state. Why is this so difficult to grasp?

The bakery would have had no problem selling them a regular cake. That wasn't what they wanted. They demanded the bakery make a gay themed wedding cake which was against their religious beliefs. The person at the bar just wanted a drink. They were not demanding that the bartender kiss their MAGA hat or to make a drink called MAGA-licious.

you tell them to get fooked, a bouncer walks over and points a .357 at you.
Any bouncer pulling a gun on an unarmed nonviolent patron is going to be facing felony gun charges.
I flat out don’t believe that.

I have yet to see a single conservative owned establishment kick out a liberal just for being a liberal.

Damn dood, a bat? Really?

If a bakery can refuse to make a wedding cake for gays, then a gay bar can refuse service to a Republican.
Those terms are acceptable to me all day long. In fact, I'd love to go back to valuing freedom of association again. If you own a business, you can serve or not serve whomever you like for any reason you like, you can hire or not hire whomever you want for whatever reason you want, etc.
You down with that?

I don't see why this is getting so much attention.
1. Because the bar owner was far more petty than the baker, who not only did nothing to disrespect the gay couple who came in to purposely set him up, but even offered to sell them any cake in the store; he just wasn't willing to decorate it or bake a cake specifically for that occasion.
2. Also because in general, American leftists are unhinged morons who think any action they take is justified against a Republican. Including destruction of their property and/or assault (not that that happened in this case, but the interwebz is full of video examples, and it's always leftists committing the crimes).
Surely you know that.

Would love for some Hells Angels to go into her bar and watch he/her/it kick them out.

Yep, that is pretty much what public accommodation (protected class) legislation amounts to.
Personally, I think it is an unconstitutional violation of "equal protection," but the Warren and Burger courts (repeatedly) ruled otherwise in a multi-decade fit of judicial social activism.
Of course, none of that changes the accuracy of my earlier posts.
"Protected class" statutes HAVE been ruled constitutional, and each state has its own collection of protected classes. Downvoting those facts is not going to change them.

You proved that I lied.
I gave you credit for that.
It was one post that I forgot about, but…I wrote it.
Now, as for hats inside, do you plan on wearing your Ukraine infantry cover while inside?

Serve me lunch at the drug store counter
Bake my gay wedding cake
Get out of my bar.

Well this is an idiotic fricking take.

Wish about 1,000 customers showed up wearing waga hats.

So the gay flag isn't disrespectful symbolism?? These people are some gaslighting tards.

I didn't see it happen. It was mentioned in the Google map reviews for the fig bar. Should it be named Newton's?

So its a gay bar. Being refused service was the best thing that happened to that guy.
So you can refuse service if they are not gay? That woman should sue the pants off that bar.
