I’m a boomer and am offended at your claim.
It is also 100% true. I’ve thought the same myself.

A friend of mine in his early 70s posted some photos from the “Ice Out” in Athens this weekend. Everyone, with the exception of some younger blue hairs and effeminate young males, were old geezers. Maybe 50 of them gathered downtown. I don’t normally get into debates on FB posts but I couldn’t help myself on that one.

Boomers have done like (I believe) all generations have - they've gotten more conservative with age. This was true for the Silent generation, true for boomers and it's holding true with Gen-X. The most liberal voters this century have been Millennials and Z'ers, who for example got Biden elected.
