That video is representative of some tiny sections of every city in America. It's bullshite to pretend that everywhere you go in SD or even Anaheim (the city of your vid) is covered up in homeless people and unmarried mexican women that are pregnant with 15 kids. The only thing he probably accurately captured was the cost of living and his apt complex with people living beyond their means with expensive cars. I saw the same in houston when I was younger, single living in a mostly young pro apt building.

SF is a special case and not representative of most if any other urban area. Have you ever lived in a city? No one lives in the whole city, everyone lives in their tiny 1-3 square mile area. There are huge swaths of Houston I've never been to and never will, just because I live in Houston doesn't mean I experience the 5th Ward.

They aren't moving to California for Stockton, Modesto, Chico, even Sacramento.
