It is their current top story.

Without looking, I bet you could name them!

That's it. Trump is done.

Maybe Kasich will win more than one state in the primaries this time around.

I could latch on to a Kasich candidacy. I supported him last year, and believe he could be a fine president if elected.

Well, now we know Kasich is the worst option of those listed.

Cruz wouldn't run against him, especially given that Trump has been generally conservative since taking office.

Cruz is not dumb and won't commit political suicide by even thinking about primarying Trump.

Flake could and should - he will pull the leftist repubs out of the closet. Of course in states with open primaries he and any challenger will show well because the Ds will come out in droves to vote against Trump.

Sasse may not be the Senator from Nebraska for long. The folks in NE are tiring of his shite.

The list besides Cruz is a bunch of democrats in republican clothing anyway.

Trump will be renominated in 2020, most likely, but a Republican primary challenge could weaken him in 2020.

Anything can happen--but Trump wins reelection if De Blasio is the nominee.

Cruz has supported all of Trump's judicial nominees, voted for the tax cut, voted to repeal regulations, etc.

I could see a primary challenge if their views were opposing. But they aren't.

No they aren't friends and probably won't ever be friends. But they are working together for common goals. I don't see Cruz upsetting that. Besides in 2024 he will still be relatively young and can make another run then.

Those five could come together and form up like Voltron to make one super candidate, and still lose to Trump.

Did McMuffin make the list, or did they realize he would lay another egg?

Kasich, Rubio, Flake, Sasse, Cruz, Martinez.

Martinez has already said for years she is not interested in running. I doubt Cruz is dumb enough to run against Trump...

Cruz, Flake, Kasich, Sasse, and Martinez.

Of those, one won’t run (Cruz) and I don’t see any of the others winning.

Christ, Kasich came in fourth in a three man race and Flake can’t win a Senate primary in Arizona.

The only way Cruz would run in 2020 is if Trump does not accept the party's nomination. Cruz is very intelligent and would not risk running against Trump in 2020. He will wait until Trump's presidency comes to a close.

Flake couldn't win a Senate race in his home state, why would anyone think he could primary the sitting President? Trump already broke him, he would be nothing but splinters and ash within weeks.
