Intent to kill or not is irrelevant once you lay out the facts. He stabbed a kid that was unarmed, non-confrontational, and he had to sign something about no weapons at the track meet. Also, kids from opposing schools do not camp out under rival teams tents and it wasn’t raining.

Yes. There is no place for political violence in any civilized society. I have made that very clear in all posts. That's why I took offensive to the individual stating that in the past, the situation would have been handled through violence and not through the court system & due process.
