I work in .gov, nowhere near FEMA, yet I know how it works. She will be shuffled into another position and that will be all. Being in a protected class has its benefits.

I worked with a black dude that had the most egregious sexual harassment claims. They all checked out, he was fired, but countered with his union rep and threat of a lawsuit based on race. He was retained and reassigned.
