My source is web search exchange rates.

$1 gets you 0.96 euro. A euro is $1.04. I imagine it’ll continue until they’re even or God forbid, the dollar is worth more.

I guess that’s good if you’re planning a euro trip this summer.

You currently get .81 pounds for $1. That's still a good exchange rate. XE.com is a good site for looking up current exchange rates.

The Eurofags are trashing their economies faster than Pedo Joe.

Remarkable really

So it's a race vs. other economies to inflate our way out of the covid nonsense, and WE'RE LOSING? Almost can't make this up.

I don’t pay attention to things like that often but I don’t remember that being the case ever before or often. Our dollars are worth a lot less so it must be bad over there.

I don't think you understand anything about economics.

No, it is not true. The dollar is still weaker than the pound.

If memory serves, the euro maxed out around $1.33. The pound sterling was about $2 years ago and leveled off around $1.68 for a while. It’s wild that it’s trading as low as it is.

Not sure about all of the fundamentals, but the sovereign debt of Germany and UK have both had very low interest rates relative to the US.

I remember euro being 1.23-1.28 just 5-10 years ago. It being comparable even with our wild inflation is bonkers.
