It always seemed fricked up to me like I was missing something. Apparently 20-24 minutes of the movie were cut out after Stanley Kubrick died of a heart attack.

This is a day or so after he is heard having a loud argument with a studio executive demanding he fix the movie. Stanley is overheard telling him I have complete editorial and creative control per my contract. To which the studio executive says “Stanley what the frick are you trying to do, get us all killed”

This is a rabbit hole worth pursuing.

You can’t even prove something that’s not there but if you go research this for a few hours there is a ton of evidence there is missing footage, and almost all of die hard Kubrick fans are all in the missing footage camp.

It’s obvious because the movie doesn’t really make sense. The story is that in the end they are forced to give their daughter to the Cabal as a sex slave for either membership into the cabal or as a penalty for coming to a party uninvited. They also cut out the references to the underage girls etc.
