This is where I'm at. Personally, I think DeSantis would be a better President. However, I was voting for The Donald 100 times out of 100. I want Trump to go scorched Earth on the federal government; just complete Rome sacking Carthage. Then, I want Ron (or JD) to step in in '28 and continue the movement.

Crying about this now is petty, low T and a sign of insecurity. You remind me of women I've dated who always had to rake up some issue in the past during a good time because they have to have something on hand to prevent actual happiness and harmony.

I never was adamant on DeSantis specifically, but I certainly thought Trump was dead in the water
He still would be if it weren’t for the people around him that got behind him late. 90% of the hope everyone has going forward is because of specific proposals of his surrogates
The left takes orders and toes the line. The right only gets behind someone when they earn it. Trump earned it and then everyone got on board. It’s time to get over it

They did come back to the fold, so I hold no hard feelings. But their insistence that re-nominating DJT was sure defeat and only Ron could save the party and the country was always laughable. If your candidate can't win the primaries, he will never win the general. That is how it works. That is how it was designed to work.
