The Coming Trump Indictment

Jesse Kelly pretty much lays it out in this piece. No one can stop it now. The entire apparatus is frothing at the mouth.
Indictment Momentum
My question is this:
Will they try to hold Trump without bail to silence him and keep him from speaking out?
They will hit him with similar charges to many Jan 6th defendants who have been locked up with no bail. If Trump gets bail, shouldn't they?
I'm of the thought that the very reason they have been holding these political prisoners without bail is so they can justify doing the same to Trump.
Bad times coming.

I actually don’t think they will. They will hint at it and use innuendo heading into 2024 to try and tarnish him as a candidate

They will hold him at Riker’s without bail. He is the last political opponent that needs to be liquidated by the Stalinists before they go wholesale into communism.

Indicting Trump would be the absolute best case scenario for him. They almost certainly have nothing of actual importance on him. The most they have is probably some minor technical infraction that they'll use to try to disqualify him from running in 2024.
This could be the thing that eventually implodes the democrats.

This. It's better to claim he's a criminal that gets away with it than actually arrest him and hold him. that's begging for both trouble and the creation of a martyr.

The will indict him to damage him and let it hang over his head all the way through the 2024 election.
This will create a huge problems for Republicans. It will cause war between the Republican establishment and their voters. Dump or support Trump?
If the party tries to prevent Trump from running, he will run independently and sink the Republican Party.
Democrats see all this as win win.
The way out is for ALL Republicans to get on the Trump train but Democrats know it will never happen.

There is speculation that he has bombshell documents as indictment insurance. My question is, could he even get those into evidence if they're deemed classified? Also, I'm guessing a judge might not let him, anyway, if they're not directly related to whatever charge they bring against him.

Yeah - they may try to pin some conspiracy charge on him since he wasn’t trespassing at the Capitol.
The scary thing is that DC Circuit and jury. I’m afraid they will deny the move, and any charge they manufacture will stick blindly.

There were certain (weak minded) voters who admitted Trump was the best candidate but voted Biden because they wanted all the “controversy” to be over with it.
This is what they’re using the raid for, to try to target this group again.
