Sorry not sorry the average person on this board has way more detrimental flaws than Donald Trump. The whole flaws thing is simply something that folks think they’re obligated to say. Somebody please list the notable flaws that are constantly referenced.

I was told many many years ago that the company I work for would have to find a qualified minority before they could hire me.
Flash forward about 20 years and I am now an embedded interviewer. When we hire technicians they must pass a prescreen test. Many times the test scores of minorities don't make the top 30. However, if ANY females took the test, HR has us interview at least 2 of them. HR will also add the 2 highest scoring minorities, regardless of where they placed in the ranking.
I have also heard of Sr management lamenting that we don't have enough women and minorities in leadership roles and have tied a piece of our corporate bonus to the % of W and M promotions to leadership.
I personally see it as a slap in the face of competent women and minorities.
With regards to this administration, look no further than the White House spokesperson as a social promotion. As well as that dude that pulled his mom from the nursing home in Penn before sending Covid positive patients there as another social promotion.

The flawed assumption of regressive politics is that there is only one best candidate. The reality is that there can be many candidates who are similarly qualified for a job. In that case, if women and people of color are under represented in the position then it’s perfectly reasonable to correct that.
