Did anyone watch the video in the OP? It wasn’t a glitch that “benefited” anyone.
Bass & Raman’s votes from a specific batch were updated on the tally, and Pratt’s were posted a minute later.

More worried about dismissing fraud than explaining what happened, why it happened, and how it can be verified that the system is reporting the correct number.
Seriously, when something goes wrong, which needs and explanation, and they tell you they didn’t cheat…they probably know that there is cheating happening.

Well, first of all, you wont find fraud if you are not looking for it. Secondly, if all you do is make sure there is a matching registration to every vote, or checking calibrations on machines - you can't call that evidence of zero fraud. That's ridiculous because none of that deals with ineligible voters on the rolls, mules, ineligible votes, bought votes, fabricated ballots, etc. And we know this is happening in California because someone just plead guilty to buying and harvesting registrations on skid row a few weeks ago.
And even if you did investigate all of that, there's no underlying confidence in a system that does absolutely nothing.... and I mean nothing... to verify the eligibility of the voter.
