If the reaction was different, yes. Because the reaction is what it is, it’s seems like “Trump and the right” were….right. Maybe if people like yourself left your studio apartments and parents homes to protest Maduro’s capture, the perspective would be different. What are you waiting for?

Venezuela has been a mismanaged country for decades prior to Chavez. Middle class there was gutted for at least 15-20 years prior to Chavez....that's how he got into power.

They'll be sorry after a US Federal Judge orders Maduro to be returned to Ven. and restored to power.

People don’t understand how bad things are in Venezuela. I know a few of them. Came here legally and obtained citizenship. Most had family members imprisoned for supporting the opposition, some of whom died there. Lot of torture and mysterious deaths in those prisons. Wealth stripped away, always under constant threat of being imprisoned themselves. Corruption everywhere, robberies and kidnappings commonplace. Nothing short of a failed state being propped up by China, Iran and drug cartels, all supported by Maduro. Sure, some Venezuelans will be upset. Those that are still on the government payroll or those in criminal groups protected by Maduro. The other 80% of the population that has been silenced for the last 25 years is elated for this change. Hopefully, they will remember the lesson of what happens when you vote for socialism.

Just as Bush with the Middle East?

If you're confused, you should go down there and protest. Scream: "Maduro should not have been removed!" See how well it is received.

You assume the entire Venezuelan population is celebrating based on a few tweets? He has opponents and supporters just like we do here. I understand that pictures with a handful of people waving flags can be quite convincing to a simpleton, and that’s unfortunate.

The vast majority of Venezuelans may be happy Maduro is out. I don’t know. Just saying that these sorts of pictures shouldn’t be used as evidence of anything.
