Not sure if it applies to this specific case.........
BUT, the family court system in Louisiana and most of the country SUCKS (especially if little kids are involved). King B. H. Obama left his stain on most government institutions. The judicial system and in particular the attitude of family court hearing officers are insane. The family court system very much has a DEI tone. Social justice, equity, fairness, blah, blah, blah. I can say from my daughter's recent divorce that most of the hearing officers are pathetic DEI loons. Sadly, this poor woman has likely been jacked over repeatedly by a broken system. Prayers for all involved.

He talked about it in Sept 2025, but it never went anywhere. The topic needs to be looked at in a serious light, not just a passing conversation. It's past time we re-open facilities.
