Why in the hell are there not agents at that shallow dam preventing them from getting in the country?
And why in the hell isn't there a fence, or some kind of barrier, along that dam?

Name another country that allows this kind of shite to happen? Even third world shite holes have tighter borders.
You could say the exact same thing in regards to having to have an ID to vote...
The US is the Louisiana of the world.
Which, as a Louisianan, makes me quite sad...

ATC can usually clear you through a TFR in some cases. Especially if it’s a low enforcement aircraft.
Get ready for orders to come into whoever control that airspace to not allow any overflights at all.
Texas owns that airspace
T LL the feds to frick off
Stand up for your rights and watch the pussies crumble

Couldn’t they just fly the drone the Mexico side of the border where the FAA doesn’t have any authority?

Unfortunately no. The Feds (FAA) control airspace.

I believe at a certain height
They certainly do not own airspace 10 feet above my yard
In fact in the past was the law that you owned up to the sky
ETA
FAA.

Airspace: Class G Altitude: 0–1200 feet The FAA anticipates that within five years 7500 small commercial drones will be operating at these low altitudes. Current rules allow radio-control hobbyists to fly their aircraft within sight and under 400 feet.

Yes under normal circumstances you get up to 400 feet.
However, a TFR specifies from the Surface up to 1000 feet here. It was put in place just so Fox could not fly their drone. Purely political.
