But that never stopped the most important thing, which is winning elections, and Democrats have had two years to figure out how to change their game, and we have not. Republicans keep playing the same playbook year after year after year, and by now the Democrats know it. We claim we know theirs, and we thought or I should say y'all thought that it had been ended That's not the case .
Every season is a new season. Just like sports, you may think one team has a successful season to build on, and that gives them an advantage but it doesn't give them the victory .
can’t argue with any of that

Leftists are lazy.
Which makes sense since Republicans and those people who think of themselves as Republicans or conservatives value the individual more than the collective
And you and I may both find people who think of the collective as idiots and they may very well be, but groupthink helps win elections

Correct, but what IS a conspiracy theory is just assume that’ll keep happening forever. Pollsters are just data analysts. A big part of the job is to constantly adapt to new information and adjust accordingly. Generally speaking, that improves accuracy as well.
There is currently no empirical evidence that they have made adjustments to that effect… quite the opposite.

There is an early voting location along the West Loop just north of San Felipe. Hampton Inn. I voted there yesterday.
Lines were not that bad, moving quickly, and it’s really a voting from the office type of crowd instead of voting from the neighborhood.

embarrassment for Paxton/MAGA
Only embarrassment was putting forth a candidate almost as weak as Talarico

Chilling, and damning at the same time. MAGA has turned this country upside down.
There is very little to be gained by arguing with a committed fool, but…
The millions of illegal immigrants along with the left’s extreme social agenda (trans, ABCLGBTQRS, BLM, climate freaks) are what has this country upside down.

It’s a never ending goal.
The only real obtainable objective is to simply improve. Sharpen the process, improve sampling methods, adjust for biases, etc.
They do this every time with new information and test those processes against the new results. Constantly.
Generally speaking, the larger the sample, the easier it is to analyze. That’s how data works. Every election we get a ton new data to learn from, that’s what’s happening here.

Abbott wins by 8 - 11 and you think Abbott voters won't go to Paxton but Talafreeka.

Yep, although I spoke too soon. There is a bit of a line now, but nothing crazy compared to other elections.
The first day is when it starts really early because there are people who just cannot wait to go vote as it drags on. Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday will drop a bit
this weekend will also be a big bump
Crazy what you said was a big polling site in Houston, and I knew exactly what location it was; it's almost as if I know what I'm talking about

wanna bet?
Abbott may win; he may also lose, but if Abbott wins, it's not gonna be by more than two and a half points maybe 3
insane to say 10% No one not even the most delusional Abbot supporter thinks he's gonna win by ten points

Sheraton north loop was busy as hell yesterday both times i drove past on my commute
normally, and i have voted day 1, it is breeze to get in and out.

Abbott doesn't even believe he's going to win by 10. He's been crawfishing from his own policies for 90+ days now. He knows he's in a fight. But I do think he wins.

As I've mentioned the Abbott campaign is trotting out a whole new process with the Abbott app texting people constantly the way you get taken off the text is go vote because you can check every day who voted the day before and those numbers can be deleted
Ive done it In every campaign I've run for close to 20 years
But this Abbott thing is on a whole new grand scale
But it won't help paxton and it may backfire on Abbott because people hate getting texts

Abbott is much sharper politically than a lot of Texas GOP.
For example, He didn't fall in line with Dan Patrick's reefer madness because he knew it was a poison pill for republicans.
he has also distanced himself from Trump a good this campaign.

I saw a lot of boomers waiting in line yesterday…
So I think you’re right that this app is driving early voting turnout among older GOP voters.
But you are holding strong in your predictions… because you think that is just going to subtract from the big GOP surge of voters on Election Day?
