So you are saying the Trump campaign coordinated the DNC leak….where is this proof?
Lastly, because it is rather obvious due to Hunter’s emails, Joe’s actions and two highly reliable confidential human sources that the Biden’s were bribed to protect Burisma? The better question is why would you protect a President that sold himself and is compromised?

I agree, there are several several just and legal arguments to bring the IRS, DOJ, FBI all to a court in TX for violating the rights of citizens. Id love to see them go after individuals.
The problem is, the fed govt has too much power in the form of purse strings, several "issues" they could conjure up to deny fed highway funding, education, all sorts of other fed programs. And they dont care if they are proven unjust in court, they will just change the wording and drag it through the courts again and again.

First, I like how you just skipped over the inconvenient facts I stated. You would have been equally successful on Ken’s legal team.
You must really not have been watching. First, the prosecution was presenting this as a conspiracy. You seem to be fixated on the fact that no granite is in place. The testimony; however, was, “I’ll have to check with Nate on the granite”. It was heard at least 3 times. So just by virtue that granite was not installed doesn’t mean the conspiracy didn’t take place. The crime was not granite - the crime was the conspiracy to get something in exchange for his help, and having not paid a cent until authorities were notified isn’t the silver bullet you seem to think it is especially when the invoice was created after the payment.
And just to add insult to injury, Tony introduced those pictures via evidence; however, it was actually part of a bigger document that also included text messages between the parties that incriminated them. Because of the rules that Patrick adopted for the trial (weird hybrid of criminal,and ci I’ll rules), he prevented this evidence from coming into trial for impeachment via testimony - it was admitted as evidence, but they are fair game for a criminal trial.
I’ll use an analogy here. Trump is going second in his Georgia trial because he wants to see what evidence they have and create the best circumstances for his success at trial. What do you think the federal government just did?
Add in the fact that Paxton created this quagmire by firing people (that were legally protected), having them file a whistleblower suit, then settling the lawsuit, he brought this on himself. You don’t fire people and then settle with them that you were wrong!
He has 3 people that have tried to settle and one who refused, so he still will have to answer at some point why he fired people, then negotiated with them. He got out of an impeachment, (which is fairly significant) but I wouldn’t say the war has been won.
And I am serious - check out the trial. The defense wasn’t arguing facts most of the time. They tried to impugn character and they lost more battles than they won.

The case that is still out there is a Texas state law case. Completely different law. The venue has been transferred 4 times. Both sides venue shopping. Paxton finally got home court advantage.

LINK here is a youtube video of drew wicker testimony. it was from him that the bribery charge came. for 3 years we have been told by the media that paxton was bribed by nate paul over those granite countertops. how easy it would have been to just go to paxtons house and look in the windows and verify. maybe the media just wanted the accusation. rusty hardins teams tried hard to keep those photos out when they should have been seeking the truth.
