Now do 247!!! it’s amazing how Ole Miss only wants to believe one side of the story, pretty much how it’s been for the last six weeks.
Maybe this has been discussed and I missed it, but why are the two services so drastically different? Something seems way off for fundamentally measuring the same thing.

Accusations without evidence is just conspiracy theory.
Tip of the hat to Ole Miss

Great season and fought hard until the end. I was impressed with how y’all finished.
He is a sophomore that just completed his first full year as QB. He was good most of the year, but certainly struggled down the stretch. He will be fine.

If you read the thread, then you read where I said this was pathetic before you posted anything.
I’ll point out again that your first statement had absolutely nothing to do with your second statement, yet you speak like it is all logical and straight forward when it clearly was not. That was my point, Einstein.

Considering the player ran into a tunnel where a loaded military howitzer is stored, ain't shite happening other than a strongly worded letter and loss of income from no more gameday assignments. Refs missed a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty for taunting on that. Been a 15 yard penalty since the U started pulling that stunt in the 80's.

Filing charges on the cop is what is over the top. This is an attempt at a money grab to make the story go away. Yep there is an ambulance chaser involved and he sees what he thinks is deep pockets.
These are your two contributions. How was anyone supposed to understand your second statement given your first statement. Your ADD seems off the charts.

Relax, Francis. That is a little over the top.
I think what that trooper did was pretty pathetic. This seems equally pathetic.

This has to be one of Copenhagen’s alters.

Heard many Ags didn’t like Klein so it may not be the worst thing. Can anyone in this board confirm?
I’d say in year one, it felt like he underperformed, but I thought he overperformed this year. Overall, I feel like he did well.

It isn’t even an anecdote, it’s an analogy. And it makes way more fricking sense than $1000 - $100
You need to find another brain cell so that you can rub two together & see if you can’t get some action going up there.
Also, Aggie melt? Weird.
Melt? I have no hate for LSU or OM.
I guess you didn’t read what I wrote then.

No, you’re bad at reading comprehension.
All of the coaches were offered. Every single one. All human beings who coached at Ole Miss. ALL OF THEM were offered.
So why is only 1 rumored to be actually doing it? See how your story doesn’t add up. People can say whatever they want, but the actions are what really matter.

More aptly,
I just took a new job & my new employer would like me to start at 2 weeks, but my current employer requests a month for transitioning my team.
I relay this to my new employer & they agree to still hire me but with my start date pushed back another two weeks.
You dumb.
Congrats???
Why are we sharing dear diary moments when we are talking football?
Your anecdote has no parallels to the Lane situation. Do you really think LSU was going to push his employment past early signing? They weren’t. They were pushing just as hard to make a decision. He couldn’t sign guys at LSU based on your story.

It’s still a bad analogy. People are free to walk away from jobs at any time, for any reason. The new employer isn’t stealing money from the former employer. And again, the offer was made to have the entire coaching staff available for the playoff run.
You aren’t good at analogies. My point was, you took 5 coaches (I believe - not positive). One is rumored to be allowed to coach. They are still down 4 coaches. Can’t believe I had to spell this out for you.
It had nothing to do with employees, I never said anyone was stealing, and I never said that OM or LSU was paying anything.
So while it might make you feel good, it likely won’t make a difference in actual games played.
quote:
The initial offer was for the entire coaching staff to remain intact for the playoff run. All of them.
I don’t know the details of the current “loan”. Kiffin might have offered everybody and Carter just named Weiss. I don’t know.
But Kiffin made clear that he did everything he could to work with Carter to stay on for the playoff run (the whole staff), and Carter denied that request.
Now you have stumbled across one of my favorite narratives of the week. Weeks ago, OM said publicly that Lane would not be coaching if he left. It’s easy to say things after you have the data like we offered to have the entire staff coach. That is straight Jimmy Sexton PR. If you already know the answer, you can attempt to make yourself look good by offering an empty statement. And you might ask, how do I know that? I have been asking this question for days, and I have yet to receive a response: what P4 head coach left for another P4 job during the season and was allowed to coach their former team?

Kirby smart was an assistant. James Franklin left Vanderbilt after the season.
What P4 head coach left their job for another P4 job during the season?

This is a bad analogy. If I have $1000, I own that money. I don’t own employees. Also, the employees in question were offered to Ole Miss for the playoffs, Kiffin included.
It’s not a bad analogy. Coaches cost money. How many coaches did you take and how many are coaching for OM that you took. See now?

If I’m in the athletic department I’m thinking I need offensive staff for the playoff run, and I’m appreciative when experienced people with knowledge about my offensive scheme are provided to me.
Here is the deal, the damage has already been done. Sending over one coach isn’t likely to make a difference (at least in terms of winning a championship). Do you honestly believe OM still has a legitimate shot? I’m not hating on them, but I think the emotional toll this team has endured will not help them.
And if Lane is really generous, why didn’t he let all the coaches return?

Tons of coaches take other jobs on college while their season so ongoing. Look at Jon Sumrall for one right now
What’s unique is ole miss not allowing him to continue coaching …
Now name a P4 coach that has done that.

Most bosses don’t allow employees to continue working for a competitor after they’ve already signed on and started with their new employer.
That’s true, but no other boss has jumped ship during a playoff run and left his team hanging either… until now.

He’s throwing the black bears a bone. Wouldn’t considering this saving face. Weird that ole Miss will let CWjr come back with how they’ve been acting. They must be desperate.
Let’s say I take the $1000 dollars from your bank account, and I give you $100 for your trouble. You cool with that?
Who uses somebody else’s dog to help with their image? Somebody that doesn’t have a positive image.
What would your thoughts be if LSU made the playoffs and Bama took the majority of your offensive staff?
Well played, sir!
