Me not buying electric bullshite doesn't have anything to do with Elon or his quirks.

Tesla sales in Europe were down over 70 percent while EV sales overall were up over 30 percent. Any more theories ?
The way you typed that made it seem specific to Germany.
As in Tesla sales went down in Germany but other European evs went up in Germany.

I think it's far more than 70

China down 50%
Germany down 78% (while European EV sales rose over 30%)
Norway & Sweden both down over 40%
Australia down 72%.
Those are some mind boggling drops.
TSLA European sales dropping over 70% while European EV sales rose 35%., wtf ?
No wonder TSLA stock continues to crash.
I knew that Europe & Australia were woke & that it would damage TSLA sales, but drops of 45% to 78% are wild.
I watched a YouTube vid last night about Toyota's new and improved ICE and electric motor hybrid technology that some think will make EVs less viable.

He's likely going to find himself forced out of Tesla.
Maybe, but the stocks insane valuation has always been tied to the "Elon is the Edison/Tesla/Einstein of our time" cult.
Without him they are just another car company with an absurd market cap

I honestly think he underestimated that going MAGA would damage his sales to this extent.
Not really.
They are too expensive. I have read a lot of articles that this is precisely what Elon and the board at Tesla wanted because he's eventually going to drop the price to around $15k-$20k for the exact same trim that was selling for $60k. He has not been able to mass produce due to "regulations" - Once the "regulations" are killed, then they will mass produce the shite out of these
He is going to end up being the most high quality and most affordable car in the world

yeah China is flooding the market with their very cheap EV

It's happened before.... It'll bounce back because there's nobody else doing what Elon can do! Why? Because there's nobody that can do what Elon can do!

EVs won’t take hold until you can quickly recharge (5-10 minutes max) and you get a minimum 200 mile range on a single charge. In other words, it needs to meet or exceed performance standards of ICE vehicles.

but maga doesn't give a shite about that
We actually dont
We when lost our jobs, we were told to learn to code
When we wouldnt take the vaccine, we lost our jobs. You cheered
When inflation drove up prices during the Biden years, you dodnt care how it affected everyday Americans. Now you suddenly do
So if the people losing their jobs have voted 90% of the time against my needs, all I can say is Karma is a bitch

Why is this post not bumping when people post to it ?
It is behind other threads with less recent replies ?
Do the admins do this to posts that they don't agree with ?

Liberals no longer buying tesla has everything to do with their own quirks (TDS/EDS).
It sure seems like saving the planet from climate change via electric cars really wasn't that important to progressive libs after all.
Who saw that coming?

He doesn't give a shite. He is all about progress and innovation. He was telling investors/sponsors who tried to squash his opinions to go F themselves. He simply doesn't care.

Many are just switching to other brand electric cars. I've got various family members in Rivian, Volkswagen, and Tesla cars. If you can charge at home electric as a daily driver is a pretty nice experience.
Tsla was the only decent option for a long time. Not so much anymore. Cybertrucks have flopped and what else have they even released recently or hyped for sales?

It’s not an EV car company anymore.
What’s going to be valuable is unassisted full self driving which he will then license to other car manufacturers. He is close and has the President’s backing to push it through regulatory agencies.
How many younger people will pay to keep their nose in their phone while traveling? There’s your answer.
