State leadership can only do so much. Like in Texas, the County and City leadership have to do their jobs. That's why the urban counties are shite right now. Democrats have seized power and are not enforcing laws. Compare Harris county to Montgomery and Walker county.

I get "blue no matter who" leads to some awful decisions, but besides being a spoiled brat who lived at home with mommy and daddy, she's not even bright or charismatic, so I don't understand how she appealed to Dems in the first place.
If regurgitating some Marxist nonsense is all it takes to get elected, I should run for mayor of Chicago, so once I win, I can take back everything I said during the campaign and run it like a conservative.
