What constitutional rights are you concerned with here?

Courts had affirmed he was member of foreign gang designated as terrorists.

He had official deportation orders.

He was only "out on the loose" because the 'sanctuary city' released him from custody.

1 - he had zero right to be here to begin with.
2 - he had his day in court.
3 - deportation orders had already been obtained.

= What constitutional rights have been violated?

If you're not at least a little skeptical of the story in op you need to be examined.

That is why we are so far away philosophically. Being an American Citizen is a privilege granted to us because of the sacrifices of our bloodlines. Whether it be settling in hellish conditions, or worse being freed after a hellish destiny, or by simply following the rules THOSE people laid out for us. The world didn't help us in any way. Not the Monarchs we revolted against, not the traders who sold us to whoever brought us here, none of them laid a hand in building this wonderful country that EVERYONE on the planet wants a piece of. I'm ok with them wanting it, I'm ok with them having some, not for FREE. We weren't givin any of this success so I feel no shame in selling what we've built to the world in a manner fair to our citizens first and foremost. What none of you will admit is the fact that the people "selling" the open opportunity for all the world on the backs of Americans are not doing so altruistically, no, those politicians have been paid handsomely to knock the US off of its pedestal and for that you clowns reward them with power and support. Just ignorant.

An MS-13 gangbanging, wife-beating, human trafficking illegal piece of shite has no Constitutional rights. Take your arse to El Salvador, put some money in his canteen fund and stfu.

He was convicted of that? Is the story even true?

As I understand it, the Biden administration ordered him released

I rarely watch Hannity. I turned it on because of this.

AG Bondi said that the USSC's order was IF the country wants him back. They said No. End of Story,

The Van Halen guy in the country begging for this POS to return is even more strange than originally thought.

No words. If the Tennessee Highway Patrol reports are true, then those members of the eff bee aye need to be investigated and if legally possible, prosecuted.

Obviously, the alphabet agencies and their cabal can get away with a lot of being above the law.

Tis a shame.

You realize that the DOJ fired the woke left over prosecutor you somehow decided on his own to say the deportation was a mistake right? Secondly, you do understand that the due process had been completed and he had a deportation order ruled on not once but twice. The only hold up was somehow he claimed if he went back to El Salvador a “rival gang” that no longer exists would execute him…..try to make sense of any of this and keep on trying to expand that sweet liberal propaganda brother!

The sheer magnitude of the damage done to this country by Biden and his handlers may never truly be known.

I swear, I think they were out to destroy this country. Nothing else explains any of the stupid arse shite those assholes were doing.

You’re skeptical because it makes you look like a dumbass. We can assure you that you look like a dumbass on the reg and this story shouldn’t change that.

SFP isn't an attorney like everyone says. If she is, she isn't very good because she spends more time on here than work.

If you use any shred of doubt to conjure up some sort of half-assed defense of this piece of shite you need to be pitied. You have been trained and you do not even know it.

Sure, this poor guy has had ALL of the stories about him completely made up.

“Human Trafficking” is a made up word. No one called it “human trafficking” back in the day. Have you ever watched the film “Taxi Driver”? I think that little minx Iris secretly wanted it.
