The Bill of Rights should be there. And after reading the 1st amendment, most scholars would conclude that the 10 commandments don't belong in a government funded classroom.

I am a conservative and a Christian; and my conclusion is that forcing the 10 commandments on all students violates the separation clause.

Moses, being highly educated at the time....and a former military guy (He was Prince of Egypt, afterall). knew he needed to have some concrete rules in place if he was going to lead a group of nomads through the desert and keep them alive in the process.
