Dude there is a 0% chance that they will ban meat dairy and the private ownership of vehicles in this country
If you had told people 30 years ago the government was going to legislate what kind of lightbulbs, stoves and generators the peasants could own, they would have called you crazy. Yet here we are.

3 new pieces of clothing might be the craziest part about that

You have a link? This is wish casting nonsense. None of that is feasible at all and would destroy the entire economy of those cities.
Have you ever considered that destroying the economy is the point? What did Greta prattle on about? "You want your economic growth and such and such".
Climate change activists WANT economic slowdown, they WANT economic devastation.
They don't WANT you to have money to buy a car, purchase meat, airplane tickets, etc.
They want you in a box and walking if you want to go anywhere.

PLEASE tell me that you are not so naive/gullible as to believe this nonsense.
What is more naive?
To take what they say at face value?
Or to convince yourself they don’t REALLY mean what they say?

A city famous for its cuisine using meat and dairy is going to ban meat and dairy?
What are people going to come to see? The crime?

Teedy gonna ban fried chicken in New Orleans? Good luck with that.

Right. And you'd be getting rid of the people as well because very few people would tolerate not being able to have a vehicle.
Fedgov will be pushing it before long. Don’t think it stops at a few cities

In New Orleans?

What happens if I don't want to sell my Vehicle? What if I don't live near public transit, or my work is a distance away?

1 short-haul return flight (less than 1500 km) every 3 years per person
So my business has a Satellite office in New Orleans, and its HQ is in New York City. which is about 1800km from New Orleans, I guess screw my business right?
What if I've saved up lots of money to take a trip to Europe, or The Holy Land? I guess I can never take those trips again.
International trade? get rid of that too?
Who in their right mind would support something like this?

here is their plan
In the United States this would be a reduction of 80% or 244 Million cars off the road. That sounds great and all for climate chaos (or climate crisis, climate change, global warming, who knows what it's called) but how could you practically do that? That would like cost hundreds of trillions in dollars of investment in public transportation, the majority of cities in the world don't have efficient public transportation. Maybe some of the mega cities like NYC, DC, Dubai, Shanghai, etc. have it but not New Orleans.
Could you imagine a majority of Baton Rouge taking public transportation?
this is just one example of how unreasonable these "targets" are. I know the climate may be changing and all but is it so bad we have to do this kinda thing?

Ban the consumption or sale?
They can probably ban the sale. Banning consumption would surely be unconstitutional.
This “plan” would wreck the economy if enacted.
You think the limousine liberals in those big cities would adhere to 3 clothing garments per year?
Hell naw. That’s for the peasants.
