This feels like something they put out there knowing you'll run with it so they can point at you and make you look like spreaders of falsities.

"They" didn't even put it out there

It appears to be a complete fabrication. You can google the 40 cities website and peruse it and there is nothing about banning meat and dairy

Actually, they do specifically identify dairy and meat as being problems. They want to limit how much of each people can have each year. You are big on semantics, so it is more accurate to say they want to ration it as they see fit.

quote:

Citizens consuming no more than 16kg of meat per person per year down from an average of 58kg by 2030. This includes 1.3kg beef

C40 - Sustainable Diet

They aren’t banning steaks. They will let you have up to 2.8 pounds of beef a year. That means you can have 2 ribeyes and 3 quarter pound burgers per year. I mean, they don’t even hide it. It is there in print on their website.

But based on your politics, you are ok with the government telling you what your diet will consist of. Enjoy your bugs.

They can’t stop people from breaking into cars or pissing on the street, but they’ll be able to enforce this?
Not buying it.

You have the most stamina of any poster here. You constantly get knocked down, proven wrong with documented data and information, and you just keep coming back and doing it again and again. You also may be too dumb to even realize it. That would explain it too.

None of that is feasible at all and would destroy the entire economy of those cities.

That is a feature, not a bug. They want the entire populace completely reliant on the government for survival.

The fact that you have more upvotes than downvotes when the C40 plan is literally laid out for the world to see is disheartening.

What makes you think the people advocating for these policies care about any of that?

You can pretend the Agenda 2030 stuff isn’t real but it’s all happening in front of you in real time.

Most of these people aren't even in this country

If you still, after living through Covid lockdowns, don’t think that mayors can make major “emergency” policy changes in their cities, then you are beyond hope. You do realize the chair of the organization is the mayor of London? And the mayor of every city on the list has signed on. This is not just a bunch of people in their mom’s basement. These are the mayors of 20% of the world’s GDP.

C40 Chair

Some of the mayors on their steering committee are the mayors of Tokyo, Paris, and Seoul among others.

C40 Steering Committee

You really need to put down your shovel and look at the website before you dig yourself a deeper hole. I am linking it since you seem to be having trouble navigating it. It is all right there.

Here is a list of their funders and partners. One interesting “major funder” is the UK government. But you say these people don’t have the authority to do any of this?

Disagree. I think we collectively failed to understand who had power globally and what their agenda was.

They tell the people who write our laws what to say.

Be logical, why else would the mayors of these major cities agree to it? Clearly these aren’t popular policies to enact, right?
quote:

Most of these people aren't even in this country

Some are, some aren’t. Ultimately it’s becoming clear their location is less important than the power they’ve acquired.

It's a bunch of wishful thinking by morons and will get immediately shot down

By who? What’s talked about there is law in CA within 7 years. What’s law in CA is mainstream in the US 7 years after that.

The Overton window is shifting at a pace unparalleled in human history. Just look at what Obama had to say about gay marriage when he was running for president as an example.

They have to tell you what they intend to do, it’s part of their moral code. If we don’t publicly denounce it collectively most of what the WEF wants will be US policy within a decade.

Lol. Apparently you have never heard of Agenda 2030? Look it up. Those people aren't joking. They don't care about the economy.

Dude there is a 0% chance that they will ban meat dairy and the private ownership of vehicles in this country. Maybe in some 3rd world communist shite hole. They'd literally get killed if they went to those extremes.

Right. And you'd be getting rid of the people as well because very few people would tolerate not being able to have a vehicle.

Now you're starting to pay attention.
