And from the organizations website they don't cite any of these things as their goals
Yeah, who could misconstrue "ambitious targets" as having anything to do with "goals"?

None of that is on their website currently that I could find. But again these people are idealists who can't enforce any of this. Trust me if they try to even regulate meat and dairy consumption much less eliminate it they'll be dead in the streets.

From the link

Focusing
on consumption-based emissions enables a city to consider the positive impact it can have on emission reductions within and beyond its borders to help bring about a global transition to clean production. Individuals, businesses and governments in C40 cities have significant spending power, which means they can affect what and how goods and services are bought, sold, used, shared and re-used.

The changes to current consumption patterns that need to be delivered in cities are in some
cases dramatic, but individuals, businesses
and city governments all stand to gain if the
changes are delivered in a just way. Some
of the wider urban benefits of making these
changes are quantified in this report, proving
that consumption interventions can reduce
emissions and make cities healthier and more
equitable places to live in.
Eh. I'll just sit back, stay home, let the high school losers make decisions for me because I'm too fat to fight it, too selfish to care. Just give me my entitlements and I'll be fine.

So about the only reason anyone would want to go to New Orleans is to enjoy some really fine dining. Take away meat and the restaurants go away. Brilliant!

Reducing consumption-based emissions across
the economy involves multiple actors. Urban
decision-making is enabled and constrained
by behavioural practices, societal priorities, institutions, laws and regulations at regional,
national and international levels, as well as
by actions taken by non-governmental actors
such as corporations, media, NGOs, academia,
community groups and individual residents. The consumption interventions analysed for this project can be collectively delivered by different
actors and coalitions of actors, but forward-
thinking and proactive city governments can
facilitate this wider collaboration by providing a
platform for action.
I love entertainment! The highest of values! I'll pay for it to be brought to me!!!
It's the greatest of high school drama productions that will leave you speechless with awe and respect for such a great presentation. You'll like it and ask for more.

Don't forget, the Canadian govt. broke the truckers' strike by freezing their bank accounts. Denying them access to their own money.
And blocking people from funding them as well.

These people are complete knuckleheads. American cities are designed and built around private vehicles getting the actual tax payers to work, which in turn pays for meat to put on the plates of people living on the government to put in their mouths, and those who support the government living to continue are not doing without their meat, especially when the tax payers can’t get to work to pay for bread and water I suppose?
If ever you had any doubts to whether liberals are indeed Marxist or not, here it is, wrapped up in American leftism for all to behold.

The Causeway has been a disaster for St. Tammany Parish.

10 years ago saying something like this would have gotten you laughed off the planet.
Today you have to search for sources to try to disprove stories like this.

What was once dairy farms, cattle ranches, and timber plots are now DSLD and DR Horton subdivisions.

Eating out is one of the lesser things I look for when choosing a place to visit. You can find good food anywhere.

First she doesn't have the authority to do this even if she thinks she does.. Second and more importantly, you know damn well that Teedy is not going to give up her steaks, or ice cream.
Rules for thee..

You really think this will happen Sally? You and your pokeeno group must be very upset.

In the context of the ban
is electric vehicles considered a car
is fish considered a meat
is soy milk considered milk
New Orleans may be further along the banning than you think!
