How? You guys absolute despise conservatism.

If you didn't, you wouldn't so vociferously defend and support a center-left movement.

I like Ron, but even he knew that he had no chance. He was stupid to put his name in the hat. All it has done is to convince a portion of the base that they should either stay home, vote 3rd party, or vote Biden.

It’s yet another reason I want him as VP, so all of the TDS loons will vote to get Biden out of office.

Wrong. I have reached the point where I despise the traditional GOP D.C. establishment uniparty brand of "conservatism."

What should the new party be called? You know the party of purity and a perpetual 15% of the vote?

Any RDS votes Trump loses is because of how he campaigned against RDS, and his online influencers continued attack on RDS.
It’s the job of the winner to unify the Party, not settle personal scores at the expense of Party unity.

He showed some of that last week on Capitol Hill, and in his remarks about Larry Hogan who has trashed him multiple times.

Maybe it was too late to pull back on McGuire, but he should seriously see about mending fences in that district.

I really doubt that Trump offers the VP to RDS, and I doubt even more that he would take it.

As far as RDS entering the race. There’s a reason we have primaries. Unless you want to go all authoritarian like the Democrats do.

Yeah, it’s called politics, and was obviously a desperate move.
Trump is the nominee and Goode was trying to exploit that.
Still doesn’t alter the fact that Trump help primary one of the most conservative members of Congress with a guy who celebrated Kamala Harris’ election as VP.
Trump’s got enough people going after him from the Left. Why alienate people on the Right?

Why do we even need parties? You can't be loyal to a political party and loyal to America. Their interests are never aligned.

Serious question and topic. In fact on the podcast (can't remember name) that Cuomo was on a month ago, Chris Cuomo stated exactly this. Maybe someday some unaffiliation will work. It's best not to have to be aligned with the extreme of the party both on the left and right side of the aisle. The current way the parties are now, if you are a republican you have to go all in to the right. Same with the crazy progressives on the other side.

Then why do you love Trump? Over 90% of his team worked for Bush, McCain, or Ryan. His 2 Senior Advisors, Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita, worked for Bush, and LaCivita is one of Paul Ryan's best friends and ran his PAC when he was in Congress. Trump's spokesman, Steven Cheung, worked for McCain and was one of his confidant's. His top state director, Trevor Naglieri, worked for Jeb and is close to the Bush family.

Take a look who he has embraced. Lindsey Graham is his BFF, the swampiest RINO in Congress. Byron Donalds is another ally, the same guy who agreed with Kamala that Florida's curriculum was racist. Trump propped up Mike Johnson, who anyone who isn't retarded already knew was a RINO and a swamp rat. He partnered with Kevin McCarthy to take out Bob Good, one of the more conservative members of the House, and replace him with a RINO who thinks there are more than 2 genders.
