Hope Carrasquilla was pushed out of Tallahassee Classical School this week after three parents complained about the curriculum.
Two said they wished they'd been made aware that kids were being shown images of the sculpture first, and one claimed it was 'pornographic'.
They claimed the images 'upset' their children.

I'll admit, I'm pretty conflicted here 
Parents should have a lot of input and control. But any parents offended by this should see their way out of classical school and into something more appropriate for their Karenish approach.
Unless there are more facts, I think the ultimatum given to the principal is absurd at the very least.

Students at a "classical school" can't look at David?
As an aside, that place looks sketchy as hell. Their "board" consists of the president and 2 members. This may have just been an excuse to get rid of a principal. On a positive note, it's a charter school, so it'll sink or swim with moves like this.

David is absolutely amazing. You really have to see it in person to appreciate how magnificent it is. Then get some gelato.

Parents are sensitive to this kind of stuff now due to trannies and drag queens being pushed down their throats. If the left did not have such an agenda grooming kids into sex changes and cross dressing this would likely never be an issue.

When I was in 6th grade there were pics of Mr. Happy (and girl anatomy) in all the bathroom stalls. So naked David would be nothing new. OTOH, modern school bathrooms may not have graffiti. So, it could be shocking.

The parents are certainly retarded. And obviously Michaelangelo isn’t pornography.
But the Parents through their school board should have the right to set the rules. A subjective opinion on a subject is immaterial.
