Biden,Harris,and crowd deserve the "Ceausescu" treatment. The top military bums, Cabinet members,The entire media except for very few. A purge needs to happen.

I’m not sure half of these would even be combatants, but if so I can’t see South Africa being with the Allies. Ukraine and Taiwan are foregone conclusions for being under Russian and Chinese rule in this.
I put a question mark on Germany in this because of the Russian energy and fractions in Europe since the EU crisis. Maybe I’ve read too much George Friedman though.

South Africa is kind of more separated from China than a lot more than most African countries, especially on the Western seaboard. Plus they’re very Westernized. As for Egypt, China has their eyes on the Suez Canal, and for that reason alone they’d join the West.

Germany I’m confident would be with us. We’ve got tens of thousands of soldiers in their country right now for God’s sake.

We’ve got less troops in Germany than in a while and added troops to Poland. Poland will always be weary of both Germany and Russia and Trump clearly chose the Poles to shift priority too. Regardless, it’s not like Germany couldn’t expel US presence as things deteriorate in this scenario of world war. Poland is more ideologically similar to the American populace than probably most of Europe at this point as well. They have known what’s occurring over the last 5-10 years in the continent and the world.

I’m sorry, it’s nonsense that Germany wouldn’t be on our side on this. They do not want China and Russia dictating the rules. Plus there was this where they had a nice little case of communism.
I’m sorry, it’s just absurd you think the Germans would even consider allying with the Chinese and Russians over us. South Africa isn’t much of a factor, but Germany sure as shite is. You just have to not know Germany’s basic history to know this.

Here's something I have been thinking on, and I had seen it mentioned somewhere, but wasn't sure how true it was.
If you remember, the Biden Administration was getting blasted the other day for not allowing our troops to go outside the airport to get people. He gave that disastrous speech where he lied about everything, then the news was released that we had, in fact, had at least one mission outside the airport that brought back 169(I think) people.
Rightfully, at the time, people were excited to see that. The Administration made sure to tout that in their following releases. Well, I started reading the stories about that. I saw some statements of where the people were, which was at "a hotel in Kabul".
Well, it turns out that hotel was ~200 meters from the airport. In freedom units that is about 1/8th of a mile. We sent three Chinook helicopters the length of a country dragstrip to get those people. 1/8th of a mile.
It was too dangerous for those people to make it 1/8th of a mile to the airport, but even following that mission, our State Department is still telling people from all over Kabul to make their own way to the airport.

So....now we've taken over their airport. We've grounded their domestic flights. We've held them at bay with rifles. And now we've banned them from even getting into their airport.
There's absolutely no way those decisions are going to bite us in the arse in the future.

It’s actually been oddly quiet today save for Psaki denying Americans are stranded and the Pentagon reviving a new season of Beavis and Butthead. I’m wondering what is going on.

I wouldn't necessarily call it quiet. We had the fire and the fire fight. We had Afghan SIVs told not to even come to the airport because they won't be let in. We had at least two countries come out and publicly pressure Biden to commit to staying past the August 31 deadline. To that point, I'd imagine there has been heated discussions behind the scenes pressuring the US to commit to stay. We had seen very little discussion from this admin in that regard until the past 24 hours. That pressure evidently was successful as the administration announced that Biden would have a decision within 24 hours. Mind you, he would have to make that decision in that timeframe, anyway, in order to have time to make any sort of needed changes.
We also saw Circle Back, who has been largely absent to this point, make the day's gaffe. I guess it was her turn.

And that's pretty much the tell for the decision Joe will make tomorrow. He still has the virtual G7 meeting tomorrow, where I'd imagine they try to make some sort of plan for staying beyond the deadline.

They probably should have thought of that before allowing themselves to become so reliant on Russian natural gas and then doubling down on it. Germany will look after Germany at the expense of others as they have in the past and continue to do so in recent times.
The EU debt crisis was the fracture the separated Europe into the “haves” in the north and the “have nots” in the south. Merkel and Germany forced brutal austerity on southern. Europe instead of allowing them to default and be reborn because it was in their best interest. That didn’t go over well and won’t be forgotten. That fracture will return to focus with any significant economic downturn again. The US and the UK will side with broke and weak Southern Europe against Germany, Russia, China and the Shia majority ME countries.
German public will turn on the migrant Muslims as they did the Jews when times become hard and this will give rise to a more totalitarian Germany again. The majority of these migrants are Sunni which will align them with Russia and Iran. As previously stated they need Russian natural gas as well. China also needs Russian and Iranian energy and has previously bucked international sanctions to do business with Iran.

German politics would have to change drastically to ally with Chinese/Russians, Confederation of the Rhine notwithstanding. I have noticed the growing hostility, but it seems more like Europe itself isolating from all 3 (US, Russia, China) than leaving US in favor of the other two.

This is no accident on the part of both Russia and Germany, but specifically Russia. China hasn’t been the only one playing the long game.
ETA: Germany and China are each others largest trading partner...
