Ya, They should have bern issued a long time ago but the movie industry gives people unrealistic expectations regarding suppressors.
They arent movie quiet.
But they do help with flash suppression, reducing recoil, and extremely helpful when trying to communicate.
Just imagine like 15 rifles and a heavy machine gun going off and trying to communicate.

Yes, those are suppressors made by KAC. USMC has had them in use in specific units for several years
