Yes. Trump would have had the sense to bring out the civilians first and the Taliban would have stayed their hand until the city had been evacuated. ISIS shot a mortar and a US base and recieved 100 Tomahawk missiles in return. The Taliban saw that and would have expected the same thing. China has funded this whole operation because it makes us look stupid.
