Paxton isn't exactly Mister Rogers in his personal life, but neither are most of the othets. If the corrupt Bush family hates him, then that's the guy I want.
Besides, even Charles Manson wasn't as crazy and weird as Talafreako. My best guess is that this poll is an outlier, but we shall see. Paxton should hire the guys who created Spencer Pratt's political ads. They would have a field day with Talafreako.

I think Talarico is a threat - or really any massive money Senate race is a threat these days - but I'll need to see more before I'm super concerned.
I think Texans will hold their nose and vote for Paxton and win with a bigger margin than Cruz did against Beto in 18. Probably closer than Cruz-Allred, but 52-48 isn.

Rural Texans in opposition to data centers being built in their area will vote for Talarico. I don't know how much that moves the needle but those are usually very strong republican strongholds.

Good question. But “feelings” is also often used to justify voting for bad representation.
My primary concern is who will look out for all Texans, their constituents. Not just their personal friends.
Not interested in voting for corrupt individuals.

Saw on Drudge a story that Paxton is on vacation and took his mistress with him to Iceland. The wording of the story was intended to cast Paxton in a negative context. Who cares that Paxton is on vacation. Media sucks.

I am Republican in San Antonio and in the minority.
My wife is a brainwashed Democrat who has never voted anything but Democrat as she is from California.
I asked her which of the 6 genders Talerico describes is her and she doesnt really know. She just does what her liberal older sister tells her too.
We can not talk politics at all.
I am a little worried that those freaks and blind democrats could actually destroy this state with that freak.
I am convinced she would vote for satan before she would vote republican.
And thanks to all the freaks with money moving from California to Texas and Florida they could turn it with their money.
