There were two distinct genetic groups that first inhabited Sweden after the end of the last Ice Age. The first group, the Western Hunter-Gatherers were dark-skinned, and light- eyed. The second group the Scandinavian Hunter-Gatherers were light-skinned and dark-eyed. The SHG was the larger majority of people who moved into present day Sweden and over time they have evolved into their current physical appearance. So yes, around 10K B.C., some of the first inhabitants did have darker skin like in the 3rd picture.

Actually it appears it dark skin was prevalant in Sweden from 12k-9k years ago
