Not a single plausible or enforceable legal theory has been raised in any of these indictments, civil suits or this ballot thing (the latest ruling rendered by a fricking traffic court judge).
This is why they will ultimately lose. Not a single one of these things withstand scrutiny. Not one. Bluebirds need to get out of their silos. It’s hard to win when you have an actual opponent.
Compare the government lawyers in the Fulton case to the actual private ones, who have actually had judges rule against them and faced an opposing point of view.
The SCOTUS had to do this to rehabilitate their leftist judiciary brethren.

Just like non-lawyers (or even non-litigating lawyers) on here think that at trial you can enter any argument, testimony, or piece of evidence at trial, they don't understand that a metric frick ton of USSC cases involve very specific interpretations of very boring admin law.
