As mentioned in a previous thread, your galactic stupidity is being vomited all over this board.
You should clean up your trailer.

all they have to do is arrest and prosecute the first couple of these clowns and the rest will fall in line, no more talk, they need to just do it

Within those jurisdictions the feds will get a lot of jury nullification.

He was an oddball with weird concerns as far back as his college days.

Now do Bidens advisors. You know the trannies, the pedophiles, leakers, the abusers of a dementia patient . . . .

This. 100%. They've been allowed to operate without accountability for so long that many feel they are invulnerable to it. That's a glass house and Miller, Homan, etc are stacking up stones.

This

They're already breaking federal law. No need to threaten - just make an example out of them.

Do you mean back in the day of the Duke rape scandal, where he was the lone voice of reason saying that just maybe the players were innocent?

This is what pisses me off. Why the frick tell these scum bags how to avoid prison. frick that. Arrest all of their asses at the same time and send a real message of "Hey scum, you are going to jail"! Do not encourage them to avoid what they are due.

So Trump’s DOJ can theoretically arrest everyone responsible for releasing the illegals that have committed the recent crimes?

All of Harrison County’s leadership should be in jail along with NYC and Athens, GA.

This will get some attention.

Let's apply the "put yourself in another's shoes" test.

Say a city, Conway AR for example, instead of refusing to cooperate with feds for illegal aliens (felony) refused to cooperate with the feds for misdemeanor J6'ers? How do you think Biden administration would react? How about the press?

Its a federal offense affecting all Americans, Im certain they can justify a court in a friendly district.....same as lawfare moving cases to DC. Im certain we can find a "friendly" court.

In other words, you broke the law and are liable for everything listed, try it again and see what happens.

Crime victims need to start filing lawsuits against city officials responsible for releasing illegal immigrants back into the community to commit more crimes.

Reading the letter, it sounds as if the NGOs aiding the illegal aliens into the country would also be held liable.

Slippery slope. Our republic is made up of states. I don’t want the federal government threatening to arrest our governors.
