Statutes of Limitation on Treason and Sedition..

Treason
There is no statute of limitations for the charge of treason. The Constitution defines treason, but puts no limits on the time for bringing charges. It is defined as:
Article III of the U.S. Constitution defines treason as levying war against the United States or adhering and providing aid or comfort to its enemies. Although there have been relatively few treason cases in American history, the Supreme Court has clarified what it means to "levy war" and provide "aid or comfort" to enemies.
Sedition:
Statute of limitations for sedition in the United States
In the United States, the federal statute of limitations for seditious conspiracy (under 18 U.S. Code § 2384) is generally five years. This means the government must file an indictment or information within five years of the offense being committed.
Sedition is a federal offense involving conspiracy to overthrow the government by force or oppose its authority by force.
The five-year statute of limitations for seditious conspiracy is not always absolute.
The five year statue of limitations not always being absolute, likely extends the period when the documents or other evidence were covered up or withheld, which prevented its discovery. There is probably case law which says the period begins to run from the date of discovery of the evidence.

Did the crime/conspiracy ever stop. They’re still floating this out there as some sort of fact. Weren't they still “investigating it" during the Biden administration.

Some legal experts have said the every time Brennan talks about it that it extends the clock.

We're not a serious enough country to charge a big politician with treason. We haven't been for a long time.

Yup. Cowards. Perhaps all in cahoots. Hope not though.

To an extent. I don't think they all have the same goals for the country but there's obviously a "professional courtesy" that runs deep. Like small-town police force deep.

Yes - but the statute of limitations is reset by the LATEST occurrence of the treasonous activity - NOT when the plan was hatched.
We have this treason CONTINUING to this very day -
I would give no quarter to anyone other than those who come forth NOW and "spill the beans" on the whole affair.
Alligator Alcatraz needs to be updated for an influx of "high echelon" traitors.

NOW is the time to put our stamp on the historical record - let the entire world know that this is NOT TOLERATED in the USA.

Correct. If they show it is ongoing, the statute of limitations has not begun to run.

Trump campaigned on destroying and eliminating the deep state. If he wants to keep his campaign promise (which he will) then he can’t slap people on their limp wrists.. he has to throw them in prison for all of the crimes they committed. If it doesn’t happen during this term then I will be happy to agree with you. Until then, I’m a believer that he is going to frick some people’s worlds up.

It will probably go to SCOTUS, and depending on which way they are leaning at the time, will rule. Either way judge boASSburg will rule it unconstitutional.

Prepare yourselves to be disappointed, again.

That's the truth of it. A whole lot of light and sound, just like what we're seeing right now, but not much else.

High school was a long time ago and really fuzzy, but I thought that we were taught in civics class that America had to be at war for someone to be brought up on treason.

There should be no statute of limitations for either one.

You are wrong.
Should have paid attention in your high school civics class.
Of course, if it was taught by a dumbass Marxist like yourself, I can see why you are confused.
