Perhaps but again it’s not a hipaa violation in any way for those who said that, that’s not what hipaa is.

Why limit the discussion only to HIPAA?

Where is talafreako's denial.

His spokesman was already denied it.

It’s pretty gross. Just exposing themselves as awful people that shouldn’t be anywhere near power.

I didn’t just made the point that’s not what HIPAA is.

I don’t disagree everyone has privacy standards. Doesn’t mean it’s against the law it can be employer or facility privacy rules

All the details have slowly come out. The flight information a few days ago and now the phone operator at the facility. They know what happened they are just getting the confirmation to come out.

It really has the potential to flip bad for MAGA.

I don't even know what's worse, dishonestly trying to get this information or lying about getting it and reporting it as true. Both are mind-blowingly vile.

Dumbest shite ever as Talarico wasn’t going to win anyways and he supposedly leads in polls.

It appears to violate several laws, just maybe not HIPAA

If an employee at that facility revealed JT's discharged date, that person 1000% violated HIPAA laws

Nope. I’ve only claimed fraud in 2020. I’ve never been worried about this race or midterms. And if we do lose either what am I supposed to do about it, except vote?

Nothing about exposing mental issues of a senate candidate is vile.

Where is your proof it's not true?

Wrong. They can acknowledge he was or wasn’t a patient and it’s the same thing. Specific date, doesn’t matter, patient is all that does. And guess what that employee would be fired and likely wouldn’t face any legal issues. Again most of you have no idea what you’re talking about when discussing hipaa. I know plenty of incidents where employees don’t even get fired. Go ahead and look up the chances of getting hit for hipaa, it’s almost non existent

And where did they learn it? From former Senate majority leader maybe.

So everyone can go clutch their pearls elsewhere.

You're clearly conflating general hospital and mental institution. I won't go back and forth with you when you have Google in your pocket.

Btw, not once did I mention the punishment for committing a violation. You're arguing with yourself.
