SlowFlow locked and loaded ready to discuss violation of privacy ad nauseam
Nawlinsfagot9 will revert back to the highly effective original plan of the opponent being a meanie poo poo head
Neither will ever address the implications of him being a looney phony this entire time or major policy topics being affirmed by voting for talerico.
Rule number 1 for team fagots:
1) never ever, under any fricking circumstances, address anything being done by your squad.
Truth comes out? Someone potentially obtained the truth unethically? Go go go retard zombies! Remember rule number oneeeeeeeeee. - never acknowledge anything ! Privacyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Ok so what specific mental issues were exposed? Give me details
If you can't, then it's not about "exposing mental issues"

There’s usually 100 referrals each year and out of that very low prosecutions. Again most employees don’t even get fired for an actual hipaa violation.

Because that's specifically not what this thread is about
I don't support Talarico and even call him Talafreako. That has no relevance to this story at all

Here are the HIPAA rules:
"You can call and ask for a patient by name. HIPAA permits hospitals to connect callers with patients when applicable privacy requirements are satisfied.
The patient has privacy rights. The patient can restrict whether the facility acknowledges their presence or accepts calls for them.
The facility may transfer your call. If the patient has permitted contact and there are no restrictions, connecting you generally does not violate HIPAA."
It is not clear that HIPAA rules were violated. Since they may be allowed to give out the information.
And even if a request was made to keep talafreako's stay secret the employee may have mistakingly given out his stay at the facility.

Whoa buddy
Why’d you skip my question?
When do these flight logs say he left Ohio? When was he allegedly discharged?

At a mental health facility this is pretty much mandatory by state and federal law
Posted on 10/11/26 at 6:04 pm to SlowFlowPro
Depends on the facility type. It was most likely private which probably does have its own internal policy. Doesn’t mean his stay wasn’t confirmed or not or by whom. We have speculated and discussed hipaa now over two pages lol

Yea I know, but I keeping thinking one day it will get old for you doing this in every single thread.
Pretend to have zero knowledge of the clearly implied positions of everyone posting, play contrarian, be deliberately obtuse, wait for it wait for it wait for it……. Drop a fricking bombshell “straw man” on some fools head, argue some semantics, and here we all are right where you want us - slapping cocks while you rub mayonnaise on yourself and watch

You should ask Talafreako that question. We only know he was in the loony bin, we don't know why.
Posted on 10/11/26 at 6:05 pm to geoag58
Correct. Again why is money being taken away from his campaign while Paxton is increasing? Something happened

Where is your proof?
Here is the actual HIPAA rule:
"You can call and ask for a patient by name. HIPAA permits hospitals to connect callers with patients when applicable privacy requirements are satisfied.
The patient has privacy rights. The patient can restrict whether the facility acknowledges their presence or accepts calls for them.
The facility may transfer your call. If the patient has permitted contact and there are no restrictions, connecting you generally does not violate HIPAA."

Im going to run a Jimmy Talarico on my boss. Ninja vanish for two weeks, when I find out he was checking medical facilities to see if anything happened I’ll get his arse fired, sue the company for everything for violating my privacy, and be retired before my birthday next month.
