In today’s episode of The Storm is Coming, BoarEd learns about libel laws

We already know where you stand on people being able to mutilate their kids' genitals. You said that anyone complaining about it was "virtue signalling." Which, considering every other stupid frickin position you ever take makes total sense.

People claiming hipaa are dumb hospitals can absolutely answer if someone is/was a patient there and it’s not a hipaa violation.

I'm against it.
That has nothing to do with your claim that I'm testing with my question

I'm not going to let you derail this an avoid answering the question by letting your straw men overtake the thread.

I won't say we all saw it, but plenty of people did see it. You can try to lie about it now, but once again, people know better.

There are potentially more laws in play than just HIPAA.
Ohio has a few privacy/confidentiality laws that may have been violated IF this story is true.

Why are they defending freako anyways?

Now do mental health centers.

Which specific posts are you referring to?

Happens all the time. Guy goes out drinking with the boys and doesn't come home on time. Wife calls the cops and the hospitals first.

Perhaps but again it’s not a hipaa violation in any way for those who said that, that’s not what hipaa is. It’s more specific to individual privacy rules set forth by the hospital or provider.

I had an ex put herself in a ward. There’s a zero percent chance someone just called and confirmed he was there.

Where is talafreako's denial. You would think something like this needs an answer. But all we have is crickets.

They're totally clueless abt how stringent privacy laws are for mental health patients.

Correct it’s not even what HIPAA is. Some facilities may have their own privacy rules though but most don’t.
Like I said to begin with funds have been cut off I bet it was a staffer or campaign person for Talarico who leaked it to begin with especially with an absence.
Posted on 10/11/26 at 5:44 pm to Hateradedrink
The “reporter” who called in freely admits to making up a code to get info and the timeline of Talarico’s alleged release makes zero sense because he was seen in public while he was allegedly in this hospital
It’s complete nonsense being regurgitated to try and swing a race they are actively struggling in
