Zero states have withdrawn from this since originally signing up.

Depending on what states that can be done with just ~3 more states

They've already got all the pure blue states. It only gets tougher for them from here.

This is worse.

As crazy left as the Dems are now, I don't think they could win another POTUS election if the electoral votes were divided up like they are supposed to be within each state. The winner takes all is not how it is supposed to be. This was a trap by the coastal states to more easily get their preferred POTUS elected.
If CA, NY, VA,GA, PA, WA, OR, MN had to divide their electoral votes up for POTUS, it would be very tough for the Dems to win.
This basically disenfranchises the rest of the state and gives the power to the cities to elect their preferred POTUS.

Get this shite up to SCOTUS ASAP. It's high time they weigh in on this shite once and for all.

Are any do nothing republicans filing suit? This would have a hearing scheduled... hell, probably held by now... by the left if this was a Republican initiative.

The electoral vote represented by each congressional district goes to the candidate who won that district.
