Yeah not good if true. All this kid needs to do is get his court date ASAP and have all the videos played and show that every individual that attacked him aggressed first and had prior histories of aggression.

Have they looked at the local gun store? That’s where I’d check.

Well thats fricking dumb, assuming he wasnt being threatened at that address or something.

Either way, notify the court. Don’t have sympathy if this is legit and he goes back.

Frankly I don't blame him. He will not get justice and our country has failed him. I hope he gets to someplace safe.

Remember, this is his SECOND problem during his short period of pre-trial release on bail.

Barely a month ago, he was out partying with the Proud Boys and drinking beer (he is not 21 yet).

The judge gave him a good scolding for that one. I doubt he will be as lenient, barely a month later.

You ignore the fact that he was accompanied by his mother which made it absolutely legal in that state.

Which is why he got a scolding and a new set of restrictions, rather than a trip straight to the Hoosegow.

It showed incredibly poor judgment.

The law or "the law"?

Are we still governed by written law and even remotely impartial application and enforcement of that law?

Lin Wood isn't a criminal lawyer nor is he admitted to practice in WI.

Poor judgement? A guy cannot defend himself against people attacking and chasing him while he is running away, while armed, and waited until he thought he had to shoot to do so and this, to you, is poor judgement? Poor judgement is the fact that he has to go through this at all.

His comment was about his actions while out on a full cash $2 million dollar bond.

Every high bond client I have ever had gets the 10-minute speech about how to act while out on bond which always includes if you are going to drink, drink at home even if no alcohol is not a condition of the bond. Legal/rightful or not going out drinking with the Proud Boys is not going to have a positive impact on your case and may well have a negative one.
