WTF? Illegals cannot vote. The only state were this is allowed that I know of is New York, and that is for City Elections IIRC not General.

Wasnt it Arizona where one of the state officials said they had a form you just signed it stating that you could vote and were allowed to cast a ballot? Sounds eerily familiar to what the flyer is stating.
I know many have stated that the constitution allows states to control voting......but that is within limits. The federal govt certainly intervened in voting during civil rights issues of the 60s. Course that would require a federal govt that believes in fair and honest elections.

That's all well and good to have the rules in place but they will just ignore it, produce fake or illegal ballots for Biden and IF they are caught, it will be too far past the election for anything to change the vote. Also they make it where no one can be tied to the blame so no one is punished.

If the Dems are declared winners of the White House again and have free rein for an additional 4 years, stick a fork in it.

Yes, the illegal only has to state that they are eligible to vote and if they don't have an ID to prove it, Arizona puts them down as only eligible for voting in the federal election.
