To get a little less cheeky and more serious, if this were to come to pass it would cause some problems, but damage could be quickly mitigated by returning things back to local control instead of being networked.
Software makers might want to think about returning to including that in their builds. Instead of online being just a neat option (as we saw as the internet grew), it would now be considered a bit of "an escape hatch" to allow systems to continue to exist/run offline.

The recent backlash over AI is nothing but yet another deep state psy-op skewing the public due to them having no way to profit off of it. You bet your arse if there was a way Congress could tax it somehow, they would have pushed it themselves.
